Large Seated Reservations
No Food & BEVERAGE MINIMUM
8-44 People
For large gatherings, WHINO accommodates groups of 8 to 22 guests by arranging tables together to form one large table. For larger parties, we can host up to 44 guests, organized into two tables of 24 each. For groups of up to 14 people, we offer the option to order à la carte. For groups larger than 14, we request that selections be made from our food packages to streamline service. To enhance your celebration, balloons and cake are welcome at no additional cost.
Social Events at the Bar

WHINO's bar area is perfect for social events, featuring four tables with ample room around and between them and the bar, ensuring plenty of space for guests to gather and socialize standing up. These tables seat 12 and are serviced by dedicated servers, establishing a convenient "home base" for your guests. In this area, there are no food and beverage minimums or fees. Guests may open individual tabs, or you can choose from our selection of food and drink packages.

For groups of up to 50 people, WHINO offers a smaller, semi-private space adjacent to the retail area that can be sectioned off for exclusive use. We can arrange buffet stations for those opting for food packages or platters, and provide tables for informational materials or celebratory items. There are no food and beverage minimums or fees. Guests have the flexibility to open individual tabs, or you may choose from our food and drink packages.

Located at the rear of the restaurant, this prime spot boasts corner windows soaring 16 feet high, offering expansive views of Wilson Blvd. This area features its own large bar that seats 19 and can accommodate up to 150 guests for larger social events. We offer a variety of floor plans, adjusting the number of tables to suit the nature of your event, from more social gatherings with fewer tables to more seated arrangements as needed. Food is served family-style for dinners and buffet-style for social gatherings. This space will be exclusively roped off for your guests, ensuring a private and memorable experience

With a full buyout, you gain exclusive access to the entire venue, including the restaurant, which will be reserved solely for your event. This includes the tasting bar, main bar, and kitchen bar, each adaptable for various functions according to your preferences. The arrangement of dining room tables and chairs can be customized to suit your needs. Additionally, guests are welcome to explore the art gallery and retail space at their leisure. Our venue can accommodate up to 100 seated guests in the dining room, 75 seated at the bar, with a total capacity of up to 400 guests. Optional services such as AV equipment rental, photography, photo booths, live painting, as well as a variety of bands and DJs are available, providing a comprehensive turnkey experience.

The venue includes full access to the main dining room, tasting bar, main bar, kitchen bar, and customizable seating arrangements to perfectly match your event requirements.
We uniquely offer in this option only for guest to bring in outside food and beverages, ensuring complete flexibility to tailor your event exactly to your vision. Additionally, customizable food and drink packages are available upon request if you wish to simplify your planning. The restaurant would be closed to public and our occupancy is 400 people.
